  • Your core tasks include the independent planning, implementation and documentation of diverse and interdisciplinary experiments and laboratory analyses.
  • You will independently develop and optimise these processes on a laboratory scale.
  • You will contribute to the creation of a raw material and method library and the development of a fibre analysis system.
  • Based on the laboratory results, you will make an essential contribution to implementing the next scaling stage (pilot plant / technology carrier) on a pilot plant scale and carry out validation experiments.
  • You will independently develop and test control and regulation concepts to network the above-mentioned devices and embed them in the overall process.

  • In your career so far, you have developed and applied methods for the modification and/or analysis of fibre raw materials and/or other complex materials (e.g. carbohydrates).
  • You have already demonstrated your ability to work independently and have taken responsibility for your (sub-)projects.
  • You are familiar with analytical methods and the statistical evaluation of data
  • You can clearly communicate complex scientific concepts with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in working with external partners and the scientific community is an advantage
